One More

I remember the first kiss you gave
to me, on these beaches in Waikiki.
As I kissed your lovely lips,
I was thinking, this sure is
a nice kiss, full of warmth and
given with a silky tenderness.
So nice I ask you for one more.
In the days and months that
followed we shared kisses galore.
Tonight four years have come
and gone since we first walked
hand in hand upon these shores.
Once again, I turn to you on moonlit
night to ask you for one more.
