I am from Missouri, Missouri born and bred
It is the “Show Me State” or so ‘tis truly said
Now it is election time and primary time is near
But there has arisen a problem so very, very queer

Our favorite son, Dick the Gephardt, has quit the race you see
And now it is feared he may actually win the primary
Personally, I don’t know what the worry is after all is done and said
‘Cause if you remember Missouri, we’re the state that elects the dead.

Q.What’s the difference between Chicago politics and Missouri politics?
A.In Chicago, the dead vote; in Missouri, we vote for the dead.

i apprciate the  humor, but i must confess, ive become so jaded and apathetic over the years, i see most of them as just a differnt variation of the same old same old

(sigh) Yeah, but I don't blame Gephardt for dropping out. Iowa was important territory for him and though it'd be fun just for kicks to keep running, it would just be publicity! (big angel hugs) Go Edwards, go, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Steaven, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
