If it weren't for the clacking
of the engine, i wouldn't know
i were breathing,

the road is a black and white
negative, faceless without expression,
a gameboard without clear exit,

the trees are jaundiced with january
stuck and waterlogged,
the snow just drains their marrow,

you could have warned me........

thick in the mindset of the deepfreeze,
i've become one of them by now,

As always you instill a pondering within. How true, it seems that just when you are relaxing in the pool you hear someone yell that its time to get out of the water!!! Excellent write my friend!

Thats how I feel sometimes....anesthesized. I think I need paxil,,,,now but I am afraid my little one won't become my big one. Oh the dilemma's of this world. Oh by the way, i enjoyed what you wrote
