~<>~
As we share the beauty
of our love with you
Please be patient with us
as each day our love seems new

Some of us have had
much hurt and pain in our past
Finally we have found real love
a love we feel will last

A love taking us on a journey
down lifes path each day
Showing us many happy moments
we may have missed along the way

Moments so precious to us
we happily want to share
Telling you all about how
the two of us love and care

If such love as this
is sadly not in your life
Please do not ridicule us
for escaping our own pain and strife

So if our poems seem mushy
full of joy and happiness we find
There are troubles all around
for someone to fill up their mind

Sometimes circumstances have caused
much turmoil for us to endure
So please rejoice with us
in our love we have found so pure

If we seem to repeat ourselves
with these words we always write
Just try to be happy with us
for our love we find so bright

I know you are, Nancy.
You are one of the ones I thought
of when writing this poem. Love
poems are my favorites.

(smiles) Oh Ethel, I believe love is the most beautiful cliche and love is meant to always be expressed from the heart just as it should and your poetry is so genuine and special to us all! (kiss on cheek) God Bless You, sweet friend, you write the most gorgeous love poems, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ethel, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Hello Ethel

Yes, I am one of those hopeless romantics you speak of but I wouldn't have it any other way.  I often wonder what people think about all the love poems I write but the words just seem to continue to flow, and who am I to stop them?  As you know, writing about love and romance is so very uplifting.

Take care......Sue

Sue, and I hope that those love and romance
poems just keep flowing from your heart and
your pen. You know how I love your poems, and
yes, reading yours are uplifting, too.

Thanks Karilea. I appreciate your being
right there behind me. I know you are.

Ethel,

I'm one of those sideliners who can't write of romance, but enjoys the soft read of one.  Thank you for helping me share your thoughts.

Agreed, agreed, agreed!
When we find the real thing, after the pains and failures that have formed our past,,,we HAVE to tell the world!
And the art of poetry, well, what better way?
Very lovely Ethel,,,,I wish I had a pretty box with Michael and michelle in it like the one you headed this work with,,,,,its quite beautiful,,,,

I know that I'm definitely one of those "hopeless romantics", but since I'm only 20, I'm still walking through all the failed relationships.  But on the other hand, I'm kind of a serial dater...so whatever that means ;-)

Anyway, I've written my share of "In Love" poems, mirrored by ten times as many "Lost Love" poems -- so I (sort of) know where you're coming from.

Hope this feeling lasts for ya
