A golden leaf
fell
onto the shoulder of his
blue shirt,
out of the pondering,
he raised his puzzled face
up to look for its path
in the violet sky of the evening
as if to find the meaning of
this message.

This message
traveling at
the speed of the light
sent by
a gentle click.

Enjoyed this very much -- you took something automated and mechanical and made it come alive!

Aren't they great sometimes?  Interesting subject you've toyed with here.

This poem was developed by trying to describe a scene in my mind into a ecard, I wish if only I knew how to make it.
