copper colored leaves
shriveling like fingertips
touch the frostbit sky
as the fallen ones beneath
echo of the tree that binds

I am new to this forum and this is one of the first poems i have read thus far. Your imagery is impressive...and i love your use of personification with the word 'fingertips'. I think this poem is meaningful, and i look forward to reading more inkedgoddess!

"Rich in imagery" is a perfect description of your writing, in general. This is beautiful, and I tell no lies.
