Where waves crash
along the cold night's dark shore
moonlight shimmers-
guiding my lover's way
on the long path toward home.

Really lovely poem, and I liked the hope that shined into it!

starry-eyed moon
seduction of the sea
withering beneath such epiphany

This makes me think of the sea turtles, although a bit off season for them.  The moonlight guides the new hatchlings toward "home"...the ocean's edge.  Beautiful thought, thank you for that.
