Wrote this poem after an exploration with a friend last evening, We were talking about faith and myths and this is what I came up with. And what, then is Faith? Is it also Myth? What is it’s relation to literature? Or do they co-exist? Is it the pulse which seals a melodious expression? A dramatic story growing purely literary after experience…seeing Within the Concertos of our thoughts A regime of actions come to rest where essence takes voyage To a new starting place and a whole new story. Thoughts exercising and bobbing through clandestine unknowns Like a calm water moving gently in places scarcely born The final conclusion of thinking is the application moving into action So…if we open our minds letting go of old thought forms We open door after door to further accepted wisdom? Our thoughts walk on tread mills, every single day Exercising reasons in mysterious ways Training and working out our minds, while listening and agreeing? Moving more at a constant speed and not leaping. I belief Positive thinking and positive thoughts Encourage one’s feelings to progress and accelerate After all, everything moves on…revolves, evolves We can train our thoughts and attitudes to gain Around the corridors of the mind of even perhaps God Where Myth/Faith maybe are one…and maybe all those stories were I wonder, what will they think when we are long gone And they read our poetry…will we be God’s will they say some of us Were ahead of our time…will they read our thoughts and conclude a different Myth…or will they someday call us Masters? We are a very sensitive projection of thoughts Right down to our genes…we are the mobiles of dreams Where movement continues on, nothing is forgotten Our thoughts are hereditary….they will someday be the legends of perhaps a new age We are the pioneers of tomorrow…and the rose of love Results are not measured, but simply the agreement of reason We are, my friends the rhyme of all seasons and when we speak, we leave thoughts open for suggestions |
