So 2004 just opened the door
Come in and let’s take a spin
Traveling roads known and unknown
Meeting and greeting those who abound
Lots to wonder and ponder
When a new year comes in
Coloring new happenings
Singing new times
Holding our hearts and souls
To experience all we can
And fearful it is a bit of the time
Fearful of things that hurt and that love
Some think these things are coming from above
But life isn’t so simple as to have it covered
By one offering goods and bads from above
So enter we carefully
Some with head pain
We walk into uncertainty
Sometimes eager for the game
But other times wary and even with fright
What will o’er take us and lead us to the night
But light also beckons and our minds with it reckons
04 we are with you so lead us just right
Take us to exhilarating light
