A Canadian’s Prayer I’ll ask you a question if I may be so bold; God, if You love me, why is it cold? Why does the temperature drop so low? Why does the radio forecast snow? Miracles were worked at the touch of Your hand; Can You not heat this frozen land? And for when You grant me eternal rest, If Heaven isn’t warm enough, Hell would be best. |

eminor...this gave me a smile...I hate the cold..that's why I live in southern California. My advice to you is a fireplace and a chair. Happy New Year! |

LOL, since I lived in the interior of Alaska and endured sub zero temps for 6 winters, this one makes me grin in understanding. Would it help if I drank a hot apple cider for you today? Cheers, and Happy New Year's to you. BRRR!!!! |

LOL...That's why we Canadians move to California. I was back home for about a week in October... average temp was about 68. Which is what it currently is here in So. Cal. All in all, it works for me. Good luck on staying warm. [This message has been edited by Andrew Scott (12-31-2003 05:08 PM).] |

Move to Ontario.....you never know from one minute to the next what it will do. To-day was more like spring than winter. Happy New Year to you and yours, Chris ![]() "At the touch of love everyone becomes a poet." |
