In a deluge
they stand,

perchance
to catch
a mere glimpse of
the rainbows return,

in a flooded field
i kneel,

watching for
the sun and rain
to wear one face

longing to be
born again, in
the cross over

Oh my ... there is a quiet beauty in this piece that circles my thoughts and holds them captive~

Excellent is this~

You said so much to me here...they wait for the glory of the bottom line (the rainbow) not caring how it comes...but you, my friend, appreciate the wait and how it comes about.

This is wonderful...beautifully said lesson for me.

It gives new hope and you've captured a beauty that is rare to behold, in your words it has been found. Thank you.
