A scream of utter silence escaped from her lips. Breaking the peace of day like the rock on water skips. Her desperation evident in the mask society painted. Leaving her fears behind her common sense having fainted. With all her life’s dreams resting in a canvas bag. Her dreams forever stifled by her souls relentless gag. Society has killed her sure as a knife through her heart. If only those who heard had only done their part. Her scream resounds and echos never more. All for her ignorance of what life had in store. Her mortal pain has ended no longer to be seen. No shoulder needed on which for her to lean. |

Dakota, this is so deeply touching ... A great write. All for her ignorance of what life had in store. Yes if only we could always trust that life HAS beautiful things in store ... Love, Margherita |

Dakota, this is such a chilling sad write, an all-too-often ending I'm afraid. No one should have to feel so desperate. |

this is such a sad write, but written with much emotion...it's unfortunate that we don't see the beauty life has to offer us until it's too late...wonderful write! Take care, Amy "When life gives you sorrow, may you experience the spirit of laughter" |
