It's almost a traditional formatted haiku. The second line is short one syllable. Three lines haikus have. Counting off each syllable: Five, seven and five. It was also very close to a senryu, which is a haiku (normally) with naturalistic imagery tied to a deeper truth. Snow sure would be something here. Hi Sue, and this was a great one!! Hey, folks, after 23 years of digging my van out of the snow in Alaska, am most happy it only visits England rarely!!! LOL!!! It is pretty though, once in a while, and especially at Christmas, eh? Good work, Sue!! ~S~ Life is what you make it |
