I sit here and wonder why me?
In this salty water I cry more,
Tears are burning drop by drop,
Someone please help me,
Make them stop.

I’m there for you,
But not ever for myself,
I try to let it out and tell you,
But no matter how hard I try,
I seem to stay locked deep inside this shell.

Burning must stop,
My eyes hurt,
Swollen and puffy,
I feel like I’m nothing.

Life is a gift so live it to the fullest!

Very sad, and hurtful place to be.

Hockeychick19, the time will come when all changes, we feel your pain and as friends are there for you, take care and chin up, smile at the world a little and you might see it smiling back, take care my friend and be better.
Your time is in your writing and poets have thick shells, oneday you will break free.

Sincerely
Rick
