Haven’t you all seen how hard I’ve tried? Even after the one I loved most died? I know now that you lied when you told me That I’d make it through this torture… Because I’m just existing Anymore, Seems I’m resisting life… So, ignore My helpless pleas And see that I’m Just a tattered wreck Of something that someone selected Years ago. It was long ago. And now I’m broken. But haven’t you all seen how hard I’ve cried? Has anybody watched me when I sighed? Oh but Dixie, I'm not sure. Time may suppress a wound. But the affects, the pain, the still bound love exist in the heart forever. I'll hold on though... seems I've gotta. Thank you, for your compassion. Love you, too. Always, Alyssa - And so it was that time stood still - |

wow sorry I'm so late getting back to replies on these... wanted to reply though still... Susan, thank you  and you're right, you never know what may come before you in life... sometimes though, things really are just plain bad...Kahlill, yep I found that once I was finally able to write about it, it helped alot.
