downward each drop drips gravity affected restless each bubble escapes energy expended spent the drop and bubble both free -- much like butterflies and petals like the glass that holds moments in memory the stem remains wearing thorns shedding shreds of skin remembering centigrades of warmth tiny yet sharp [This message has been edited by Sudhir Iyer (11-21-2003 03:26 PM).] |

I echo Kazm, fully! The tension of the drop as it hangs, then the release...the freedom of free-falling...yet, gravity holds on, doesn't it and the landing if it were anything but water, would surely end in calamity.
