The trial of witches in salem, mass Though long ago, again we play A court of men decides This time it seems fair laws they pass Who should get the rights we crave If you’re straight or if you’re gay What matters who you lay beside Loving someone else is not depraved You burnt in flames out of no fault For evil crimes they said you pay Who cares if accusations lied Now we find such blame in the assault In years to come, I hope to see This black and white will fade to grey No one has to pick a side Where everyone can claim humanity We have the key |

A just write for a just right. How can anyone condemn any true love relationship between two consenting adults? All civil rights should be offered and enforced equally, without discrimination. |
