Dinner anger simmers oversalted until little cristals of it hang like grit that won’t dissolve words served raw over thougts that can’t be made from a simple recipe of letters we slice the feelings cut them thin to let the flavor out then wonder why the meat is dry there’s ash of remorse in the bread the crust gone to leather from it oh the scent is fine and all the dishes pretty the dessert sugarless |
