As we've come to know quite well
of this timeless place of awe,
having found where Sandman dwells.

With these words will curtains draw,
that may pause the world, a spell,
as we've come to know quite well.

Of his nature, and his law,
without flaw, to ride the swell,
having found where Sandman dwells.

Of such peacefulness to tell,
that may cause the eyes to close,
as we've come to know quite well.

Where lay dreams one might suppose,
there are those to which we've fell,
having found where Sandman dwells.

He'll embrace you through the dawn,
you'll erase him with a yawn,
as we've come to know quite well,
having found where Sandman dwells.
