Lighter than          Hummingbird feather

SHE  is  Magic

falls
   in gentle caress
floating within
verbs
singing adjectives
dressed in
new meanings

she stirs the cauldrons
brings up from
bottom’s deep

new hope

she knows
the four winds

dressed in blue
brings

kisses of gold
tempered with
silvery dewdrops
moist moments
to wet lips
parched by dried tears

taste the taste
of awe
as she fills your cup
to overflowing
with streams
of
unconsciousness

dancing and
twirling
endlessly
‘neath
splendorous starry skies

or darkest ebony night

beware the hidden
smile of dove
enfolded
within
cupped hands

waiting to be
released
into
your night
dreams

Hi Kacy! Glad you could come to this "fancy dress" dance.

I have to tell you...I see m'Love writing here. And? oddly, I see her writing of m'Witch... If this was your intent, it is nothing but brilliant! If not, please understand that I see Susie in everything.

It's a beautiful poem regardless.

Thanks Kacy

you clever, clever poet you!

shaking my head...

this is messing with my mind. (not that THAT is a challenge)

Captured littlewing? No, you did this fabulously, just let her fly her way.

And I am blushing furiously at the flattering inclusion of moi, here.

That's it. I am officially intimidated by this challenge.

Kacy, I'm not sure if this is like Sue or
Karen, but it is certainly a beautiful poem.
I loved reading it.

Methinks a Pipsters poetic masquerade in REAL time some day would be an event to remember forever.
Thanx wranx, this was truly a lot of fun!
Truth be told, I simply let the magic fall from my muse in the sky. I personally never really write anything worth reading and often have to go back into the archives to read what the midnitesun posted. As for Karen and Sue? Your poetic styles are both so incredibly beautiful, it's easy to become totally immersed in your words.  Thanks to both of you for letting me put together this composite.

Don't hit?
LOL, OK, I'll go read but I only have a few minutes online time tonight, so I hope I find 'the new one' before I have to leave.

I am delighted you two ladies and Ed enjoyed this write.

This bit of witch and a little bit of wing, sure worked for me! This is outstanding Kacy! Truly is! You were like a maestro taking over the instruments of an orchestra's principle musicians! ~ and playing them very, very well!

Magnifico! Brava! Encore!

Your choice of players was superb!

to all three of you!

Thanks for reading, glad that you liked this one Bridgette!

Linda, smiling here. These two have styles that just seemed to 'clone' themselves as twin sisters. LOL. All I had to do was clone a temporary third sister entity, not completely re-create.
