Thrashing the obstruction
Of the circular intrusion
Causing my mind to blister
Sugar coated whispers
Casting it's hex unawares
Blinding the failures of past
Axing my fingers while grasping
In all that withers unreached
Echoes lay screaming for peace
A mask knows the secrets
Boiling and bursting throughout
Like the popping of a birthday balloon
Etching out the twist of doomed fate
Laughing and dying for an escape
Seeing all bouncing off blue of you
Imprisoned beneath checked ropes
Tangled up in a mass of knowledge
Compressed within a never-ending melancholy
Of the truths spliced by others
Faces holding the pieces of me
Destined to be part of everything and nothing
Getting too attached to the emotions
Easiest to simply hate and be closed
Desperate to learn the balance of relation
As not to damage the depth within

"Somewhere, somehow, it should be possible to touch someone and never let go again.  To hold someone, not for a moment but forever." Unknown

I'll save this for another reading later tonight, in a much quieter moment, to let all the layers seep in, deep into my memory banks.
A soulful write, my friend.
