Once upon a time I did laugh Hell even cry But circumstance binds my soul Now I am numb The arrows don’t stop They just don’t hurt Anymore As I lie in a pool of blood Dying I smile away to the last breath As my numbness eats you Until you too Feel nothing And smile big Laughing hysterically At a blank wall But all good things must end As I close my eyes forever With a smile As you are fitted for a straight jacket Sitting in a thick padded cell Singing sweetly He loves me He loves me not. |
