Tears of the soul

Who cried those tears
that fell from the place unknown
where we all spring from?
Is there someone up there
who yearns for us to
to return?

Explorers sent on their way,
wrapped in crystal tears,
in free fall, destination Earth.
Sparkling rainbows
displayed to welcome in beauty
the new souls.

Do you remember the view?
All seemed so perfect and new.
We touched in awe
and mixed our colors
with every caress of the sun,
just before losing hold.

And then as simple raindrops
we were scattered here and there,
to burst in a place to put roots,
to grow and to love.
From time to time
a flash of memories
crosses my heart.

I long for your touch
for your colors to mix with mine.
I stand at the ocean
and feel its attraction.
Countless tears of souls
yearn to be kissed
by the sun once more.

Waiting to be raised
to where we came from
with a halt on the rainbow
to behold beauty divine
to say goodbye for just a while,
to merge and to be one,
to know we are Home.

Wow What a beautiful thing this is and the picture really touched me. Very nice! Thanks for sharing this for it's beauty, but for what it shares from a caring heart. WOW again.

Thank you my friends for reading and kindly commenting... I had this "teary" vision and tried to put it into words ....the soul sometimes travels in strange places and lets us know through intuition.

every verse was excellently expressed , but I related to this verse , I also have an affinity with the sea
