Once Upon A Time In California

Often I have wondered
why my marriage didn't last.
After some thought I
decided we were never
a good match.
Who's fault was that,
hers or mine...
I'd say we both screwed
up in California
once upon a time.

Tell me about it Sea...seems overly simpilistic to just say we weren't a good match...I also remember that I was not open to receive love...James

Enchantress you reminded me of something I heard on Dr. Laura's earlier today...a man called and told her he was afraid to receive love...Dr. Laura told him to go to his wife and tell her he was afraid and ask her to hold him...reminded me of the way I was many years ago...James

As well as you've learned to write love poems, I would say that it had to be a mutual problem. James, continue to search, and find the one that fits the glove.
