Of Fallen Love

(I knew you could do it!!)

Is naught  but love that seeks the wander of
one’s crimson wine in course my slender vein.
For in the mist of moon in crescent glow
I search of thee, my heart, again, again.

This love of soul and beauty lost the ball
where belle’s did dance and swirl away one’s wile.
As hours pass in search my dream to touch
again the silk of skin and treasured smile.

Dwindle the light as years become a score
and moons shall weep of love not found but dreams.
For but this want, this joy that comes in sleep
to wade pure waters flowing crystal streams.

Swept in gallant arms by mere foolish dream
that I should again know love's rosy blush.
Beneath heavenly stars and crescent beam,
my maiden heart beat still in sorrowed hush.

For to chance once again love's mournful ache
tis agony beyond your measure known.
Rather stones be cast, than my heart to break.
One's heart does not heal as swiftly as bone.

Please, from this night I will forever long
to be held against your strong beating heart.
Yet faint 'tis my courage, my will unstrong,
I must leave, my love, in final depart...

As dreams shall wake and bring a lover's tear
when morrow comes, as golden rays return.
He'll hear once more,  I love you darling, dear...
till mountains fall, our suns no longer burn.

Crystal the slippers in wait of the Belle
upon her return where two hearts once fell.

Sun, I don't know if she can reply right now.

Seems she is a little overwhelmed, sorta like
a kid in the candy store.....

Tell her, you know I am always ready....

She did beautifully....

Well, Mag, I just got to say it again..,"I just did a duet with Barry." What an honor, my friend, to work with such talent! I don't think this smile will leave my face for a while. Thank you for this and everything you have taught me in the months I have been reading your work.

You sure got this week started off for me in a big way!

Pat,  you wrote beautifully...you gave me
a story and we both turned it into something
poetic...  Nicely done,  certainly a great
