Enchantment of the chant
let not your heart deny
Upon the Spirited wings
of heartfelt quest they fly~

Reaching you in this moment
from visions of the past
Draw the ink into your pen
give them breath to last~

bending with the will
of phrases flowing
from ancient quill~

When Spirits call
across the mountain
echoing in beauteous phrase
I am content to walk the wind
listening ... listening
for all my days~

Yet, upon a Spirit's soar
I envision even more ...
Before I lay me down to sleep -
I'll walk with you - in treasured keep~

Soul companions
reaching forth with heartfelt songs
heard on the winds
where friendship ... belongs~

where Spirits are walking
Among kindly poets
with gentle quill talking ...~

A spirit guardian is a treasure -- I wish I had one. You're a lucky lady, or maybe a deserving lady since a spirit of that nature won't choose to associate with just anyone. That it would express its name to you is an honor indeed, and a sure sign of favor.
