Do not fall short of perspectives
Swallow the entrance insurmountable
Depth which can be seen within
Harmony of lighted water
Stands with you in flesh and bone
Swimming into faithful candles
Wind-powered contentment of moods
Pulling inwardly the moon
Metamorphosis glowing a bath
Threading archives of a exquisite force
By the eyelids of solar eclipse
Lighting spiritual fires everywhere
Arcs made of dawn’s clairvoyance poised
Within the sense of an unbreakable acquaintance
Somewhere between concept and time
Pouring golden sensations in the air
Catching all bitter shadows
Incredible ensemble of metaphors, fair haired
Ravenous state of springtime
Through a portal imbued with mingled feathers
Working purpose through elements multiple embers
Forestalling color, exchanging sparks of starlight
Altering shapes flickering a timepiece
Growing golden hours languid where sunlight turns to honey
Like the tranquility of a loved one’s mouth
Permeating sparkle beating heavenly
Inspiring you…yourself…whispering when the mind is elsewhere
An unbreakable bond…poised discernible filters
Being drawn in by the sea’s enchantment
This vast unmistakable air grooming dreams
The sensations of your presence…glamour’s ceaselessly
Gathering me there free of charge to live life’s flowerets
Outside dispersed labels, branching deeply into caverns
Which charm the most precious of atmospheric song
Interpreting knowledge rolling out mythological symphony
Gestures and the source enacts, balanced suavely
Seduction of light, spilling out all effortless secrets
There at the entrance, waiting, watching, hoping
Rapture takes wind keeping the very last spark of glide
A loved one…as a most intricate collage
Necessary and most different…feeding air with living hues
An ensemble within, visible images, thesaurus of your muse
Life, truth and passions virtue, entering your soul, heart and mind

Perhaps this could be my favourite of yours yet, and yet it manages to lie here with no replies. insane. so glad i found this treasure.

too many lines to quote. As ever, womanly wise. I'm off to read this again.

..."thesaurus of your muse"

YOUR muse, Dear Lee, IS a thesaurus!

You are a talented writer who has heart, soul--and a mind!

My printer's running now -- at this moment. For a while, maybe weeks, your poem is going to be on the desk in front of my monitor, where I can read it and be reminded of the things that I try to do as a poet....or try to try to do.

Thanks for this. I needed it.

Lee, this is very, very good.
I especially like this ending.

An ensemble within, visible images, thesaurus of your muse
Life, truth and passions virtue, entering your soul, heart and mind

Very beautiful, lady.

I have to agree with EA here. You are the spirit of an angel, the soul of dove, the heart of the heavens, and the spirit of the lion.Your writes always intrigue and evoke such great thought from me.
