i have enough masking tape now to mask the eyes,
i have enough duct tape to cover the ducts,
and the tears wont flow unless i tear the tape.
and when the adhesive comes off my eyes stick on you.
what eyelids don't cover, i'll cover with glue.
you wont see me cry anymore over this
as i rip one last piece and seal with a kiss.

and even when everything was wrong, and we were mad at the world, it was still beautiful.
