Silly of me,wondering...
Knowing this woman,
pure silk, and 147.

Just a number,one might
think unless they knew
the bearer of such. Not
a measure of weight,a
figure of savvy,intellect.

I know and quite honestly,
without humility,humbly
accept the bar being set
at a height that requires one
to tiptoe and reach high.

Yet,quite frankly,I feel
terribly comfortable.For
this gem is genuine.

A work of art,admired
and respected.Thought
most highly of,even as
a card is dealt upon the
muttering of thoughts
in canvas blend.

Come,drag the silken
lace across the expanse
of one who bears the
canvas cloth,for I
know you are who
you are.

And....will always be.

Just lovely, Barry...beautifully penned.

As I read the heart in this particular piece, I felt such a noble wind fill my lungs...
There is something about friendship that is glass...and steel.
A humbling tribute, and I would think the bar was raised and set by example long ago...
Just a feeling. TD

It's nice you hold this person in so much value...That means respect, and respect is admiration...the things that make a person truly care for the other. Very nice! Lovely lovely tribute to one that is lucky to have you because you notice!
