thought it was just third party news

Such details you gave me
what happened and where
tears fell from my eyes
as I was one with the pain

I questioned your research
kept wanting to know more
Then a look in your eyes
told me this was of you

Thanks, you all are too kind. If only someone didn't experience the pain for me to write this.

I was in one of my law classes this morning listening to presentations on different areas of the law. A girl about 18 started talking about a child rape case. By the end of her presentation we all were in tears. The last sentence she spoke was "This was me". Well, what courage that must have taken for her to say that, and needless to say, the tears just came faster...
