Reflections on a Waking Earth Cool is the morning Though hot will be the day. Soft is the night That slowly slips away. Lazy are the mists that lie upon the land; Silver is the ocean And golden is the sand. Rolling are the waves That break in green and blue Blazing is the sky That slowly changes hue. |
