Why are you crying?
I don't understand.
Why are you crying?
Com take my hand.

Take a momment
to tell me your fears,
and I will do my best
to wipe away the tears.

You said it is over,
all she did was play,
You do not believe,
she could do you this way.

She stomped on your heart,
then off she ran,
to do it again,
right to the next man.

You say you can't take it,
no one will ever be true,
How can you say that..
don't you see I love you?

Anytime you needed me,
I was always there,
anytime you have needed,
a friend that cares.

I dry your tears,
then you walk away,
back to the next girl,
who only wants to play.

I have offered you,
a love rare and true,
I tell you I love you,
what more can I do.

so don't ask me,
why it is I cry,
and do not ask me,
why.......

just let me hold you,
and do it again,
this evil circle,
of loving your friend.
