I'm seldom
ever lonely,
not even
when alone.
There is so much,
to see and do,
and love seeds
to be sown.

I plan my days
carefully,
making lists
of things to do.
I love to go
and check them off,
be they many
or a few.

I try to learn,
something new,
each and
every day,
be it through
the books I read,
or through what
others say.

I keep my body
fit and strong,
it's the temple
of my soul.
By making
healthy choices,
I integrate
the whole.

I look for
silver linings,
when dark clouds
come my way,
I give my thanks
To God above,
and every day
I pray.

I do good deeds
and lend a hand,
to those who
are in need.
I abide by laws
of our great land,
and all the rules
I heed.

I banished
all my vices,
and I strive for
inner calm.
I aim to choose
the right road,
and avoid the one
that's wrong.
