Salty tears fall from my eyes And my heart fills with pain Wanting to move on with my life I try and try in vain Don’t you know what happened to me? The day you left this world My world crumbled down all around me Alone you let me be Who can wipe away my tears? Who can help me up? Who can hold my hand if need be? Who can chase away my fears? You were there when I needed you To moan or talk or fight You took every single thing I threw at you And yet now your soul took flight Hunter, I cant live in this world without you Every day is just so hard I have looked for my inner strength And found nothing but my heart which was scared I have tried to move on Tried hard and yet failed I can no longer do without This train has finally been derailed I want to say goodbye to you And move on with my life But by saying goodbye my friend Feels like it is the end How can I say that final goodbye? The one I never wanted to say The one that will end all of hope Of ever seeingyou again I know I have to say it I know you will always be mine A friend that I love and cherish A memory for all of time Is this a final goodbye? Alas I cannot say I wish to god I could be so sure But tears just come my way Tears that seem to want to help Help me with my pain The only trouble is you see Is thatthey keep me actually sane They are comfort that I now seek The comfort that is you gave me The comfort that I hold near It’s something that I never fear I love you Hunter, You know it’s true, You will forever be, Deep in my heart you see. I cant really say it is the right Time to say goodbye I have contemplated it so much God knows I have to try My heart is in pain My eyes shead tears I have to say goodbye Untill we meet again dear friend May our friendship never die |
