Moving through the wind, on all inclusive tones Bears witness to where I saw a domino effect Right into the middle of Neptune’s treasures I think I understand the way beautiful things work Absurdly powerless in this spendthrift city Where people are just hanging out laughing and looking pretty Moving closer to where the piñata dreams Of a green conveyor belt never ending or beginning Preoccupied impressions voyage with silver arms Our path is wide, singing on its own terms Somehow truth shines off the mystery which is gone Events now propose what could and will surpass I walk through the cruise ship, holding everything Asking not one question, keeping thoughts light Fairly confident in the red dress I always disliked Knowing the stream is filled to the top of its banks And overflowing Wondering if prospect is in some kind of psychic limbo From where I stand, content & feeling submerged In a giant glass of burning interest Nature’s pure bred scheme, with no payments until next year Where humanity pays with interest…and integrity lands on it’s feet Signing on the first line of a book I’ve never read before but want to eat Cause, I’m always rather hungry For lack of any better solution, I drive far beyond Into an ocean where it’s pouring diamonds There humor develops in responds to social theories Contrived and tossed by the breath of a fire breathing magician With a very eccentric ambition and a simple side effect Which holds my interest and I’m content to just stand around Like a alcoholic in a beautiful spectrum, where I’d empty my pockets For all it’s worth, the calculation doesn’t matter But the collection at sunrise takes on an entire new meaning |
