~*~
Willows,
softly swaying
in balmy summer breeze.
Graceful arms sweep emerald grass,
creating patterns of sun and shadow
as the sunlight filters thru' them.
Listen to the sounds of
sighing, soughing,
Willows.

Oh, I love willow trees! There is a little park along the river and it has willow trees swaying in the breeze - I love it there. This is wonderful Linda. hugs, Chris

Linda, have you been peeking out my kitchen window at the 'supposed' dwarf willow?

What a fabulously descriptive piece of writing. I have to say, one of your very best and definitely, one of my all time favorites.

Careful of those roots (the tree ones! lol)--they are one of the strongest forces in nature and can go right through concrete basement walls.

Thank you for your very enthusiastic reply!

(smiles) Oh Linda, this is beautiful, sweet friend, I love willows so much just as I love palm trees and crape myrtles, this felt so peaceful and whimsical to me! (kiss on cheek) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Linda, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Noah ~

I must say that I prefer the sound of the word "willows" over that of "crape myrtles"! I never even heard of crape myrtles before!--but if it's a tree, then it is beauteous in my books because there is no such thing as an ugly tree!
