daffodil’s

she caught a strand of
music as it floated by her pane
and twirled it round her finger and felt
it slide again along her skin it crept into
the pores somewhere within where
rhythmic warmth had filled her

veins and pangs of
tension there
absorbed
in ruffled
timbres
over mist
for a moment
there she rested but
then got lost in prowess of
dear daffodil’s profusion

Speaking of ghosts, wouldn't you know here comes mine again...

I wrote this in the spring and was just to busy to post. (Sorry sis) You were thinking about getting the shop ready and the new baby. I was going to just send it to you but here it is...
