Last night I walked twenty two years down a shivering beach to the sea. ---------------------------------------- Paper petals torn to the tide sway to the beat of a thick dull wave, threaten to drown with scoops of the moon- disband their army. scatter. She loves me. Gently. Words on the breeze. She loves me not. The conch barely hears her. She loves me. Calling- crests of the sea. She loves me not. And now it rages. She loves me. Ancient. for I kept every letter. She loves me not. A seagull scream. She loves me. Smiling. A beautiful birthday She loves me not. Laughed at the card. She loves me. Now count how many remain. Yes she loved me. but never again. |

These memories are so vivid and so poignant. Kethry Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |
