A love never meant to end
But I had to suspend
Not ready to jump right in
Giving up what I now want in

Blind to see how good you had been
Pain and fear not letting you in
Creating the pain I tried to avoid
Now feeling the pain of your loves void

8 years went by and the feelings remain
the love for you burning deep within
reaching out for you but not looking in
not letting your love take hold of me then

The timing was wrong but the love was true
You’re the one for me, I’m the one for you
What we have, is a dream come true
Why couldn’t I be, ready for you

Blind to see how good you had been
Pain and fear not letting you in
Creating the pain I tried to avoid
Now feeling the pain of your loves void

Your back in my life and the time is right
I’m ready to let, my heart take flight
Now feeling your love and wanting more
You are my true love, the one I adore

Now I finally see how you affect me
I now your the one, we can’t be undone
What we have is true, your me and I’m you
We belong together, I belong to you
