With this disease
You do not play
You must keep on a strict
Diet every single day

You have to check your blood
And keep it normal
For if you don't
You may end up in the hospital

You have to make sure
Your sugar is neither
To high or to low
For if this happens
You will end up in a coma

So if you stick to your diet
And check your blood
Exercise regularly
Actually all of the above
You can keep
Diabetes in check

Cold hands means a warm heart

My Dad knows that pain. :P

What is life without poetry and adventure?
"Little sister" is just another way of saying "Guardian Angel"!

My grandpa has diabetes, too. He's had it for as long as I can remember and he has never ended up in the hospital because of it. I'll pray for your dad, Julie!
