there is a grey in the sky a very strange kind of grey so strange that I want to fly through the little white hole that pierces its way through the foggy canvas yes, I want to kiss you even your picture would do but I have been shut out way out to the farthest point almost like on the last planet on our solar system pushed away, pushed away and my lips are sore from cold winds that cut their way to wade through almost as if they want to show who is boss, who is not I am outside waiting for acceptance an invitation that would let me be inside anywhere inside would do, anywhere for it would be most surely be closer than the point I am away from your shadow, your scent, from you or have you (gulp) have you washed yourself with that special shampoo that wipes off memories and sets dreams to square one have you? |
