Does she know how much I love her?
She should, I tell her all the time
Does she know she's the only one for me
The only one I want to call mine

Why do things get so crazy?
I know the love we have is true
Sometimes though I am at a loss
What am I suppose to do?

The anger inside her burns
I see it radiating in her eyes
Seems she is controlled by something else
She doesn't seem to hear my cries

Then she suddenly looks at me
It's like she snaps back into now
I want to help her
Thing is, I honestly don't know how

I know that she loves me
Everyday, I feel it in her touch
Sometimes though I also feel her doubt
Those are the times that it becomes too much

I hide away deep inside me
There, I can't feel the pain
Oh how I wish the sun would sometimes fade
And it would start to rain

When is love not enough
How do you know when to move on
I have all of these questions
Still, I don't know what's gone wrong

I am scared to lose her
Not so much am I afraid to be alone
It's just with her I found myself
I want us to have a loving home

The tears well up inside
As they spill down my cheeks
I feel my own strength leaving
My knees are about to go weak

They say you can't mend all the problems
You can't fix the world
I don't want to though
Just trying to help a very special "girl"

Again I ask does she know the love I have for her
I try to show her in every way I can
Sometimes though I feel our love slipping
Even though I have an outstreched hand

I wish she'd hang on and never let go
For if she goes, what will I become
Another lonely poor soul lost
My soul and heart unraveled and undone

She thinks that she isn't beautiful
But my God can't she see?
That she is everything I've ever wanted
She truly is every woman to me

I hope tomorrow will be brighter
Hanging on till the day we don't hit all these lows
Holding onto my faith and hope
Praying that someday she knows
