Heel of the melting wing: There is no love Where you may stand above There is no rain, nor pain I must have embellished. In time one can see far Crouching over heaven Touching the eyes of glass That god gave to human kind. Inch by inch we travel Suffering in sweet serenity Asking only a handyman To heel us forward. I justify god Through my prayers But I rather not in secrecy Although, there is a time when Man needs a more intelligent being If there is one. When you see yourself As agile, You disagree with age Many try to fight it, And become a young hearty worker When the time for work is not necessary. There is a time, To live, There is a time, To die, The in-between is useless, Do what you will with it. |
