Life As A Mouse

My girlfriend screamed
because climbing the screen
was a cute little mouse
trying to get into the house.

Now, why'd that mouse
want to get into my house?
I have a hunch my pet gecko
would eat that mouse for lunch.

Gecko better, or it might be
barbecue gecko for dinner.
