~~**~~
Underneath Velvet Skies
we look up to the bright stars
sparkling as clear as diamonds

We gaze up at them
as we lie on the grass
on top of our soft blanket

The night is very peaceful as we listen
quietly to the music from the radio
playing very softly

Ocassionally we hear the fish
jumping in the water, or a
cricket by the river

Then our song comes on the radio
wih the words flowing through
and we again whisper in each other's ear

"Do you know that I love you
as much as the whole world
and back around again"

We get up and sway to the music
slowly dancing under the stars
in the moonlit night by the beautiful river
~~**~~

Revisited---because I needed to again
