These thoughts assail my thinking The yesterday that I didn’t really want to be in, Those events were too many I looked for a way to help but there wasn’t any, The event thoughts keep returning I try to think around the past emotional burning Trying to be more positive, And not too worrisome of how you’ve come to live, To accept things for how they are For things have progressed and progressed far And all my thoughts don’t matter While the situation slowly becomes sadder. Dear Gloom, Everytime I read one of your sad writes....I have to run and find something sweet to eat!! I'm going to be like a short, round, pumpkin with legs soon!! lol. I do enjoy your way with words. But...slip in a happy one now and then....just for the sake of my waistline! hugs, Chris "Said you'd give me light... |

Gloom, it was suggested over in poetry challenge that you and I perform a duet. What do you think? Care to mix some gloom with sun and see what kind of haze we can create? |
