From a cold light I come to him like the sun very pale when the wind blows the Earth rises up to the heavens and the moon bends down to peak in while the breeze seaps through the cracks... I find my soul lying somewhere within I see a man as tall as the meadows a kindness eminating from his eyes he raises his hands and the feilds sway the stars grow brighter as his voice rings out the flowers listen as if his words are the water they they can't live without Only a moment a breath a heartbeat I igsisted in that place I fell back down to Earth waking up in the morning with just a memory of the mysterious man who gazed upon me and left me with a feeling to believe in (the poem based on an actual dream) [This message has been edited by Black Swan (06-23-2003 04:34 PM).] |

Some dreams are wonderful to describe. You have some very pictoral thoughts, there is a typo though for 'egsisted' which should be 'existed' and a line before would be better written in two parts I condensed it to read: "the flowers listened, absorbed his words as water that water they can't live without" this is just my opinion  [This message has been edited by ecrivan (06-23-2003 06:52 AM).] |
