Cherry Blossom Lane

I'm taking a stroll
to soothe my soul
down on cherry blossom lane.
I'll spend some time with
an old friend I know
down on cherry blossom lane.
Squirrels will be playing
in the cherry blossom trees.
Birds will be chirping beautiful songs
to serenade my friend and me.
Our cares will soon drift far
away from cherry blossom lane.
We'll find a nice bench in view
of the rivers silky flow.
We'll sit and tell story's of
good times we shared many years ago.
And the tranquility of cherry blossom
lane will softly soothe our souls.
