This is a sad day for me it is a special friends birthday He was special to a lot of people in so many ways All of his friends would love to wish him a very special day The Lord came nearly two years ago and called him away We went through a lot of fun times together and we seen each other through a lot of heartaches At times I miss him so very much my heart nearly breaks I am wanting to say a big happy birthday to a special friend And let him know he has been missed so much since the lord has called home to be with him Real friends celebrate in who we are and have faith in all that we can become Lots of Love Rita [This message has been edited by carol (04-20-2003 06:24 PM).] |

Carol...my brother just lost a good friend, at the tender age of 40...he asked if I could help with a tribute - and it was my honor to do so, even though I did not know this person... you were fortunate that you knew such a soul... thank you for sharing this life... |

QjQ,thank you so much Chris, thank you also Sunshine,thank you so much I sorry about your brothers lost my friend was 67 we was friends for 35yrs. Real friends celebrate in who we are and have faith in all that we can become |

Rita, I wasn't friends with Bud for nearly as long as you were, but I miss him a lot, too. He was a very good friend to have...always willing to lend a helping hand, even when his lungs got so bad that he wasn't physically able. I will never forget what a good friend he was to me and also you and Gary's Dad were (and still are). Ya'll have been better to me than some of my real family has been since Herman died. I am very happy that you and Lewis are Gary's Mom and Dad.......and you know that he's proud of ya'll, too. We love ya'll, Ethel (& Gary, too) |

Rita, I know how sad you have been today because it would have been your brother's birthday. You have lost so many people who are close in your life. I'm really sorry. Remember, I'm only a phone call away.  I came into the family after your brother passed away, but I was here when Bud was. I really miss him, too. Remember that you've always got me, Gary and his Dad (I don't know if he wants me to put his name or not). Anyway, we all love you and are here for you.
