Still Longing The Words I cannot find those words Once softly spoken How does one write When my heart is broken There becomes that void Heart feeling empty Recalling times past Then writing from memory The many sleepless nights Writing then deleting Heart echoes despair Sadness keeps repeating No ending as been written Through silence I cry For I can never let go I am hopeless at goodbye My broken heart still hangs Endlessly I shall yearn Still longing the words Forever hoping your return Hope©2003 |

my hardest decision was this...letting go...and the long nights of an empty bed...the warmth of her breath...the love we shared...but this was the correct one for me... great emotion |
